…but again he (Yarob’am) made priests/cohanim from all sorts of people for the high places. Whoever wished, he ordained to become one of the priests of the high places. I Melakim/Kings 13:33b.
Thus said Master Yahweh,
Pastors are ordaining Pastors who are not called into the full time ministry and who are not called at all by Yahweh. They do it because of different motives:
popularity, dream to become famous, to be seen and heard, greed for money, competition and rivalry with another Pastor. Sometimes these people who call themselves Rabbis/Pastors simply cannot find any job nor do they have any education or training in any field at all. The only thing they can do is TO GO TO THE MINISTRY.
For instance, these people start working as missionaries or Christian workers, then they accelerate to higher positions or obtain certain titles in the ministry or the church, or become directors of different programs, but they have never been called to the leadership. They never prayed about their ordination or taking certain positions, but even if they did, they never received the answers from above. They did not want to wait for an answer nor hear the words: “Not now”. They did not want to submit to My training and discipline, so they leaned on their own understanding and did what seemed right in their own eyes.
Requirements to become a Rabbi/Pastor have been lowered by the Church/Synagogue. It is so easy to be ordained - no training, no school. Just fill out the application and you will get your ordination.

“And the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
2. Daughter of man, prophecy AGAINST THE SHEPHERDS OF YISRA’EL, prophecy and say to them, Thus said the Master Yahweh to the shepherds, Woe to the shepherds of Yisra’El who have been feeding themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flock?"
3. You eat the fat and you put on the wool. You slaughter the fatlings – YOU DO NOT FEED THE FLOCK.
The Shepherds who made it according to the world's standards (have large congregations) live luxurious lives, feeding themselves, but not the flock
They are guilty of misuse of My money. They spent the money on different programs and projects that never were ordained by Me or use it for their personal purposes. They never prayed for the peace of Yerushalayim/Jerusalem as My Word commands them to do. (Tehillim/Psalms 122:6). Neither did they give a penny to support the believers in Israel. The people in their churches are poor, sick, lost and have strayed.
